Will branches remain open for service?
In compliance with the government’s request to minimize interpersonal exposure, we have decided to continue business in our lobbies through appointment only and take business as usual through the drive-thru.
What if a branch does not have a drive-thru?
Branches without drive-thru service options will have special instructions for lobby services. All personal and small business account transaction services will be provided by appointment only.
If I need to help with something other than a transaction, how do I set an appointment?
Lobby services will be provided by appointment only between the hours of 9 am – 4 pm, Monday through Friday, and 9 am – 12 pm on Saturdays at branches with existing Saturday hours. 9 am – 10 am hours are prioritized for elderly and/or immune impaired customers by appointment.
Please call your local branch to request an appointment. Let them know what you will need help with so that they can set an appointment with the right representative. Find the phone number for the branch closest to you.
Do not set an appointment if you or someone you know has been experiencing flu-like symptoms or have been tested for the flu or COVID-19.
